My first Mother's day

I had a great first Mother's day!! It's really weird to say that...me, Mother's day. Keith & Mylie were very good to me. I had to work, but Mylie came into my work (with Keith's parents) to bring me a rose. It was too sweet! We went to Crawdads on the river for lunch the day before with my mom.

Race for the Cure

So we walked the 5k Susan G Komen Race for the Cure with some of Keith's family and a few people from our work. It was perfect weather for it too. Mylie did really well...she slept a little and then we all took turns carrying her. We didn't have to, she's just so dang spoiled that everyone always wants to hold her. That would be the reason the child doesn't seem to care at all to crawl!!

Our 2 year Anniversary

We have been HAPPILY married for two years now! Wow.. I can't believe it's already been that long since we were in beautiful Hawaii exchanging our vows. So very much has happened since then, but really were does the time go?? We went to our favorite restaurant, Carvers for dinner to celebrate. It's was delish!! I just wish we had a pic of Keith & I together. It just gets crazy with the baby to stop & think of little things like pics of mommy & daddy...oh, well!

Water baby!

We were over at my mom's the other day. It was really warm outside but the pool was still cold. Mylie didn't seem to mind. I first just dipped her toes, then sat her on the side so she could splash. She decided to put her hands in and then soon she wanted completely in!

Our first BLOG!

Our first blog, how exciting! Hopefully we can have the time to post what's going on in our busy life. Mylie is already almost 8 months (on April 10th) and keeping us constantly entertained. We are both back to work now and it seems to be working very nicely with my mom watching her on sundays and Keith's mom on mondays. Keith & I don't see much of each other tues, weds or thurs, but Mylie gets us to herself and we have fridays and saturdays off for our family day. That's the most important time right now. She sure is growing fast, it seems like it happened over night. She's not a baby anymore, it's really incredible how much she changes and grows up everyday!!
